Drop Off
You can drop off your tool or we can courier it to us
Assessment & Quote
Our technicians will assess your tool and we'll provide you with a free quote. Usually takes a day or two.
Go Ahead / Reject
It's up to you! You may accept or reject the quote. If you do accept we'll proceed with repairs. If not, we'll return it to you
Pick Up
All fixed! You can come through to collect your tool or we'll courier it back to you. If you did not accept the quote only courier fees apply.
